INRIX is searching for a GM, Automotive Sales to lead our global Auto sales force and deliver on our revenue and growth goals. This person is responsible for identifying, developing and managing sales opportunities for our OEM customers worldwide. We are looking for someone with positive relationships with decision-makers at major OEMs and deep experience leading Sales organizations in B2B, technology companies. This position reports to our President & CEO.

We are looking for:
- 10+ years of Automotive OEM sales leadership experience in hi-tech companies.
- A strategic leader with a successful track record of building, coaching, and managing high performing Sales force based around the world.
- Results-oriented with a sense of urgency and passion.
- A confident public speaker with excellent communication skills.
In this role, you will:
- Manage the overall Automotive sales team and process, assist in determining annual sales forecasts and update company leaders on sales prospects and quarterly regional forecasts.
- Provide input into pricing and packaging strategies; identify, review and respond to RFPs.
- Develop and maintain key customer relationships and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base.
- Identify and leverage strategic partnerships with current and prospective businesses; cultivate and manage customer relationships.
- Gather feedback from potential and current customers to guide future development.
